Have you heard of SCIPAB?

I had not until a few months ago, and I wish I had known about it before.

SCI-PAB is a communications framework created by Mandel Communications and was used as a lens for this project and the project scoping document (Mandel, 2024). As a project manager, SCIPAB would be very useful when working on a project plan, or presenting a large idea to a team of stakeholders.
